What is CNC milling?
CNC (Computer Numerical Control) milling is an advanced machining method that allows for the cutting, shaping and modeling of a variety of materials such as metals, wood, plastics, composites and more. It uses computer programming to control the precise movements of the machine tool to achieve repeatability, accuracy and complex shapes.
We manufacture components made of steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics to customer specifications. On the equipment of our company we have milling machines and numerically controlled (CNC) lathes.
We are able to make a new part on the basis of the 2D documentation or 3D model provided, as well as reproduce it on the basis of the used, broken part provided.
As a protection of the surface of the performed elements, we offer galvanic coatings (anti-corrosive or decorative), anodizing and coloring of aluminum, heat treatment of steel (hardening, improving, carburizing).
